The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed for two persons and a sofa bed for two in the living room, which can accommodate 4 people. The apartment is only accessible by stairs.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen products, oven, hairdryer, iron, fridge, freezer, vacuum cleaner, electric radiator for cold days in the room.
Both bed linen and towels are of hotel quality and are cleaned by a professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.
Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.

Easy and smooth check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3pm to 4am, free of charge in case of late arrivals.
All guests must provide us with their identification documents in a timely manner.
Parties, or any type of noise or disturbance in the building or within the accommodation, are completely prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy for any type of noise complaints.
