Welcome to my home in the heart of Athens.

The Apartment is 100 sq.m², and features one spacious bedroom with a king size bed(TEMPUR matress), one large and comfortable living room with a sofa bed, one study with an Aerial Yoga hammock, one bathroom with bathtub / shower and a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities should Guests wish to prepare meals.

My Apartment is situated on the second floor of a 1930s building, the frontage of which was recently renovated and restored with a contemporary flair. The apartment building is one of the most striking and representative examples of Athens architecture of the period.

The Apartment is ideal for travellers who are looking to experience the energy of a city that never sleeps, that has a unique urban landscape, and combines historical beauty with a thriving diverse modern arts / cultural scene; for couples escaping for a romantic getaway; for professionals with business commitments and art practitioners and creative individuals wanting to be inspired.

THE SPACE
The Apartment is one of the most stunning buildings in the area. Guests make their way up a very majestic marble stair-case, as the building does not have an elevator. The Apartment has preserved all the original architectural elements of the 1930s, with wooden floors in the living areas and mosaic flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Whilst the Apartment has 4m high ceilings, with ornate rosette features, it has been painted in modern colors giving the heritage features a contemporary flair.

The living room has a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a sofa bed. There is a gorgeous cute balcony overlooking the street, with lush green plants. The balcony is an ideal space to enjoy a morning coffee. The large bedroom has a luxurious king size bed(TEMPUR matress) with a dedicated air conditioner. The bathroom has a bath / shower (there is no separate shower cabin). The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, has a dining table and chairs, and is fully equipped for any cooking endeavor.

There is all day access to hot water; there are air conditioning units in the bedroom and the living room during summer and central gas heating for winter.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the whole Apartment. My personal belongings are easily recognizable and I simply ask Guests to show appreciation, and the appropriate respect. Tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper, spices will be available to Guests, so please feel free to use these.
