However, the true gem of this room is its stunning 100-square-meter terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and views of the sea just 600 meters away. Additionally, you'll have access to internet (WiFi), electric radiator heating, air conditioning, and a TV without an antenna that functions as a monitor.

The American kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, and coffee maker, allows you to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy them in the dining area. If you're a smoker, you'll be pleased to know that you can smoke on the terrace, but not inside the room. The space
This studio is located in the heart of Valencia's maritime district, Cabanyal, 5 minutes from Malvarrosa Beach and 10 minutes from the city center by public transport. It's one of Valencia's most historic neighborhoods, with the most picturesque scenes and a different pace of life. Its architectural value is significant with fishermen's cottages, tiled facades, colorful buildings, and modernist structures. The area already has a network involving art collectives and theater companies with numerous ongoing projects. There are many places to eat in the neighborhood, known for its authentic lunches. Additionally, there are a number of bars and entertainment areas that give it a youthful and dynamic atmosphere. All this just meters from the sea!
