Beautiful maisonette flat in North London. Walking distance to the Archway Northern line tube station, Upper Holloway overground and numerous buses to central London. Close to Arsenal Stadium and the famous Highgate Cemetery. A short bus ride to bustling Upper Street and a short walk to all the amenities of Holloway Road.
The space
Beautifully renovated maisonette flat benefiting from lots of period features such as high ceilings, fireplace, bay fronted sash windows, herringbone wood floors. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard with modern appliances and underfloor heating.
Guest access
You will have sole use of entire flat.

Ground floor
Entrance hall, leading to generous sized bay fronted living room with feature fireplace.
Large kitchen with integrated appliances including dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.
Cloakroom with WC and hand basin
A minute courtyard
Basement
A staircase leading to a large family-size bathroom
Bedroom
Comprises of double bed, chest of drawers, large fitted wardrobe.
Location
The property is located in a quiet residential street yet only 2 mins walk to Upper Holloway Station and 8mins walk to Archway tube station. Easy access to many amenities and shops on Holloway Road.
Parking
There is on street parking infront of the property (subject to parking permit). Parking restrictions are in place between 10-2pm Mon -Fri. All other times are free to park. If you require visitors parking permit for the restriction times please enquire with me as I can get you a permit at cost price (residents visitors voucher cost £1 per hour).
Other things to note
House Rules
- Smoking is not permitted in the flat.
- Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 10am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first.
- Kindly take off your shoes before entering the flat. Shoe rack is provided by the corridor at the entrance.
- Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used.
- Please place dirty towels on the towel rail in the bathroom and any wet cloth in the bath tub.
- To reduce carbon foot print and to keep our costs down, we kindly ask that you switch off lights and or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the flat.
- When using the microwave, please cover food with a cling film or a plate to avoid splatter. Please do not use metal plates/metal utensils/foil in the microwave.
- To ensure full safety of your belongings, please secure window locks and double lock the flat door when leaving the premises. However, please only lock the top key for the main entrance door.
- To be considerate to the neighbours, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 10pm.

Why they chose this property
I absolutely love living here because of it's locality, friendly and quiet neighbourhood yet it is so close to all the cafes & amenities so I hope you will enjoy your stay here too.
What makes this property unique
This property was originally a studio flat but it was stripped back to bear brick work in 2017 and dug down to create a family home for us. I started renting this place when it was a studio flat and now again as a newly renovated maisonette.
