Beautiful,modern, spacious 4 bedroom villa with 5 bathrooms. This villa is on 3 levels. The main entrance leads to the spacious living, dining area with full length patio doors to pool. Also the fully equipped kitchen is on this level.
On the upper level are 4 bedrooms, 2 with en suite bathrooms and private balconies.
The fantastic outside area has a full outdoor kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and free standing BBQ with covered dining area. Also a pergola with additional comfortable seating.
There are stairs down to the large games room with pool table, comfortable seating with 65" TV and a viewing window to the pool.
