The Apartment

With ideal balconies overlooking the iconic Plaza Santa Ana, the apartment is bright, warm and fresh throughout the day. It has 3 spacious bedrooms with a comfortable double bed in each and two comfortable and spacious bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The large living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, two modern and minimalist armchairs and a TV. The modern kitchen, on the other hand, is the perfect size for sharing with the family, is fully equipped and has a large window that provides light and freshness.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor with a lift.
Air conditioning only in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR which must be paid in cash.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
