Nice apartment in Costa Rei

We had a wonderful stay in Costa Rei. The apartment and the garden were very clean and well maintained. The view from the terrace is just fantastic. You can hear the sea rushing here. You can walk to the beach and the supermarket in 10 minutes. Antonio was very nice and helpful and even transferred us to the airport. We can highly recommend the apartment and the area. There are several restaurants and beach bars that were still busy in September.

Nice place to be

Schöne Unterkunft in Top Lage oberhalb des Zentrums, mit fabelhafter Aussicht. Einkäufe, Restaurants, Strand, alles in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Sauber und gut ausgestattet, bei Fragen, Problemen, etc. ist der Vermieter schnell verfügbar und hilsbereit.Das hintere klimatisierte Schlafzimmer ist etwas hellhörig, alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!!

Zadowoleni goście

Mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt w domu u Antonio. Szczególnie wieczorami przyjemnie było usiąść na tarasie, gdzie można było poczuć świeże rześkie powietrze od morza. Natomiast pijąc tam poranną kawę witało nas wschodzące słońce. Bliskość zbocza górskiego tuż za domem, powodowała, że noce nie były tak upalne i rzadko używaliśmy klimatyzacji. Lokalizacja domu z dala od głównej ulicy, a jednocześnie blisko do wszelkich udogodnień, jak sklepy, restauracje, przystanek autobusowy. Z Tego powodu, cały nasz dwutygodniowy pobyt spędziliśmy bez auta, a chcąc udać się na pobliskie plaże, korzystaliśmy z lokalnego busa. Mieszkanie Antonio jest bardzo czyste i funkcjonalnie wyposażone. Mieliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Do dyspozycji także parasol plażowy i krzesełka. Ogród bardzo uporządkowany, bez zbędnych drobiazgów, co pozytywnie wpływało na samopoczucie i możliwość zrelaksowania się w otoczeniu zieleni. Wokół domu utrzymywana zielona trawa, która była nawadniana każdego ranka. Po przyjściu z plaży można było się przyjemnie schłodzić pod prysznicem, przy bocznym tarasie. Z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić pobyt u Antonio, który z racji tego ,że nie wynajmowaliśmy auta zgodził się również na to, aby odebrać nas z lotniska. Kontakt z właścicielem od pierwszej chwili był bardzo dobry. Antonio jest przemiłą osobą i bardzo uczynną. Polecamy znajomym i pomimo , że zazwyczaj za każdym razem wybieramy inne miejsca na wakacje, zastanawiamy się nad powrotem do tego miejsca :))

Schöne Gartenwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick in Richtung Sunrise

Sehr gute Lage, super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, jederzeit erreichbar. Super Wifi und deutsche sat tv sender, kein Whirlpool ;-) dafür Whirlpool Mikrowelle. Der Garten und der bbq waren super, auch sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. In der Nebensaison traumhaftes Oktoberwetter, leere Strände! Supermarkt im Ort, aber günstiger und größere Auswahl etwa 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Zu Fuß etwa 10 min zum Strand, mit dem Auto zum Traumstrand nur 10 min. Klare Empfehlung für Piscina Rei. Kleiner Abzug bei Sauberkeit wegen der tropfenden Klimaanlage, die auch nur das 2. Zimmer kühlen kann und etwas Staub in den Ecken. Aber Preis Leistung hat für uns sehr gut gepasst!

Ottima sistemazione

Bell'appartamento con splendida vista mare, adatto a famiglie fino a 4 persone. Ampie camere, cucina ben attrezzata, bella veranda e delizioso giardino da cui godere la vista del mare di fronte Costa Rei. Aria condizionata in una delle 2 camere: usando anche i 2 ventilatori a disposizione si riesce a rinfrescare tutto l'appartamento. Antonio è un proprietario attento e molto presente. Sistemazione assolutamente consigliata. Se dovessimo tornare a Costa Rei, sarebbe sicuramente la nostra prima scelta.

Bellissima vacanza

Casa perfettamente in linea con l'annuncio, completa di tutti i comfort, con una favolosa vista sul mare. Giardino ben curato e ordinato. Ho apprezzato il pranzo e la cena vista mare in terrazza, ma anche la doccia in giardino vista mare per non portare in casa la sabbia, il proprietario molto disponibile per ogni evenienza. Bellissimo soggiorno

Molto bella

La casa è confortevole, dotata di aria condizionata, lavatrice e lavastoviglie e restaurata recentemente in alcune sue zone. Siamo stati molto bene e speriamo di tornarci presto. La posizione è ottima: la zona è tranquilla e dalla villetta si vede il mare, raggiungibile in una decina di minuti a piedi. Il giardino è molto carino, con un prato verde ben curato. Si può anche mangiare all'esterno. Il padrone di casa è stato ospitale e simpatico. Promossa!

Soluzione ottimale in Costa Rei

La proprietà si è rivelata coerente con quanto specificato sul sito e la posizione è davvero ottima. A circa 10 minuti a piedi dal mare meraviglioso di Costa Rei consente di non utilizzare l'auto. Per chi lo desidera in ogni caso con pochi minuti di macchina si raggiungono spiagge davvero belle sia sul litorale di Costa Rei che in zone limitrofe. Nell'appartamento era presente tutto, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, condizionatore, giardino privato doccia esterna e barbecue. Tutto in ottimo stato e regolarmente funzionante. Consigliato.

Bella con vista mare

Bellissima proprietà con giardino e vista mare. Tutto rinnovato pulito e curato. A pochi minuti dal centro e dal mare, raggiungibile volendo anche a piedi. Il proprietario Antonio si è dimostrato sempre molto disponibile e attento a tutte le nostre necessità. Ci ritorneremo! Grazie Antonio!

Vacanze estive con bambini

Casa fornita di tutto il necessario, con aria condizionata, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, ecc... La posizione è strategica per visitare tutte le spiaggette delle sud-est della Sardegna. Giardino comodissimo per fare giocare i bimbi, c'è anche il barbecue con tavolo fuori. Il proprietario è molto gentile e sempre disponibile, abbiamo avuto qualche problema i primi giorni, che è stato subito risolto. Consigliato!

Alloggio con fantastica vista sul mare

L'alloggio ha una bellissima vista sul mare, è dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, come anche di utensili per la cucina e l'ombrellone con sedie per la spiaggia: l'ideale per chi arriva con l'aereo. Si può andare a piedi alla spiaggia di Costa Rei, anche se noi con la macchina abbiamo visitato le altre spiagge. Antonio è un ospite molto attento a ogni necessità, sempre reperibile al telefono e pronto a fornire consigli se richiesti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Perfect location for a beach holiday

We enjoyed our stay in one of the smaller appartments very much. All appartments have a wonderful ocean view and the beach is only a 5 - 10 minute foot walk away. Restaurants are also available within walking distance, although a few were already closed in September. The region of Costa Rei and Villasimius has so many beautiful beaches that we did not even make it to all of them in a two weeks long stay - definitely the perfect location for a beach holiday. Antonio was very helpful and communication before and during our stay was very uncomplicated. Thank you!
