Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and lovingly maintained by Dennis & Stuart for over 31 years, this serene studio space blends comfort, convenience, and character.

Once the home’s master suite, the Guest Quarters was transformed into a cozy, self-contained retreat with a private self check in entrance and a spacious private outdoor patio shaded by mature trees. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the private patio, complete with outdoor dining set and a comfy loveseat glider swing — all yours to enjoy.

Inside, you’ll find a clean, artistic design with thoughtful touches throughout:
• A fully equipped kitchen with gas range, compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and everything you need to cook at home
• A queen-size foam mattress that guests rave about for its comfort
• A private bathroom with a walk-in shower and pocket-door entry
• Ample storage space, blackout curtains, a full-length mirror, and cozy living comforts

This VRBO was as-promised – and more. Dennis the host was more than accommodating: He offered many suggestions of things to do/places to eat, etc. – all of which were excellent. He also was available by text and responded promptly to questions. The lodging was very clean and extremely well-equipped: Dennis thought of everything – right down to the coffee stirrers! The place is a bit cozy; however, it worked very nicely for my wife and me. The location is a bit off the beaten track. No problem; however, I think you'd certainly want a car. The next time we’re in Riverside and environs, Dennis will the first to know!

Nice Oasis Retreat

My wife and I enjoyed being able to retreat to the pool for morning or afternoon swims. The setting was really nice with palm trees and plants that added to the mood. The sleeping area was fine for 2. It was also great to have a stove, microwave, etc to cook with. Dennis and Vi were terrific hosts as well. We’d be happy to stay again when we’re in the area. Great job!

California retreat

Great stay in a small quiet studio outside of riverside. Everything we needed for two. Beautiful secluded patio with access to pool. Convenient location to attractions in area. Owners with quick response to any questions or issues. Would love to return.

Perfect little home away from home!

It was love at first sight! Such a cute and welcoming studio with a wonderful host to boot! I quickly felt at home and found every amenity I needed! The bed was very comfortable, the space was adequate and could easily accommodate 2 people. I was traveling alone and felt very safe and at ease there, which isn’t always the case when staying at a motel/hotel. If I had a question or request Dennis was always available and accommodating. I loved meeting the House mascots Stater and Char! They were definitely a bonus! The pool and yard were very serene and a great place to unwind. I will most certainly be returning and I absolutely recommend staying there! The location is very convenient and close to the freeway. I was 15 to 20 minutes from anywhere I needed to go and yet far enough from the busyness that I could relax and unwind! So it’s a “yes” to the rental! You won’t be disappointed!

Great propertyn good location, great hosts.

The location is nice to see the greater LA area; you can get out of the craziness that is the big city to decompress after day trips and it is still close enough it isnt a huge hassel. Very well maintained and stocked property. Very nice little private area (including patio area we enjoyed outside dinners at). Everything was clean and functional. We had a great stay and would come back without hesitation. Thank you
