Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and lovingly maintained by Dennis & Stuart for over 31 years, this serene studio space blends comfort, convenience, and character.
Once the home’s master suite, the Guest Quarters was transformed into a cozy, self-contained retreat with a private self check in entrance and a spacious private outdoor patio shaded by mature trees. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the private patio, complete with outdoor dining set and a comfy loveseat glider swing — all yours to enjoy.
Inside, you’ll find a clean, artistic design with thoughtful touches throughout:
• A fully equipped kitchen with gas range, compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and everything you need to cook at home
• A queen-size foam mattress that guests rave about for its comfort
• A private bathroom with a walk-in shower and pocket-door entry
• Ample storage space, blackout curtains, a full-length mirror, and cozy living comforts
• High-speed Wi-Fi, a flatscreen smart TV with Netflix and a fully stocked Keurig machine

It's rural, quiet... easy to get on/off the freeway... we are centrally located to just about everything in SoCal - Palm Springs, LA, OC, Disneyland, Universal Studios, 35 minutes to the beach, 35 minutes to the mountains. Lots of walking trails, shopping, etc.
