The open plan living space is perfect for socializing and spending quality time with family or friends in the large living room with wood burner, through to a dining area with a farmhouse table, kitchen with wooden units and integrated appliances. There is also a bathroom and utility room. The kitchen leads to a conservatory with seating, an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee and watch the squirrels feeding and playing. Food for them and the birds is supplied to keep them visiting. Patio doors lead out onto a large, decked area with a table and chairs and an enclosed paddock/garden ideal for those bringing dogs. There are two double bedrooms, each its own staircase. One with an adjacent shower room and landing, the other with windows overlooking the garden.
