6 person holiday home in Vingåker

Welcome to this beautiful croft with history from the 19th century in Södermanland. With wide floorboards and modern amenities, this home has been given a stylish update while its charm has been preserved. The cottage is private and secluded with glimpses of the lake down to lake Kolsnaren. When you step into the house, you will immediately feel the rustic charm and atmosphere that characterizes this lovely croft. You enter the croft's hall with space for shoes and there you have the door to the large cabin, which has a fantastically beautiful hand-painted door. In the large cabin, there are comfortable seating areas and a large fireplace that spreads a cozy atmosphere, and the floor has wide floorboards that bear traces of the croft's owners several hundred years back. Further into the kitchen, which is modernly equipped including a dishwasher but with a lot of charm preserved. The bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, wc, sink and washing machine, is located in a newly built extension. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a large hall open to the ceiling, furnished in an old style with beautiful antique and rustic details, here there is room for up to 18 people at the large long table. A steep ladder takes you up to the sleeping loft with standing height where there are four comfortable single beds and you create a private sphere through hanging draperies. Outside you have large grassy areas, outdoor furniture and a barbecue to be able to end the day with a relaxing moment outside in the sun. Lake Viren has a good swimming area with a small sandy beach and bathing piers for those who want to cool off. The nearest community is Vingåker and there you can find everything from grocery stores to Vingåkers Outlet if you need to equip yourself with new clothes. Those interested in golf are close to Vingåkers Golfklubb, a beautiful course, which can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
