Villa Palmer - luxury four bed villa with pool

Hoş geldiniz to our little piece of paradise in the Lapta foothills.
This luxury spacious villa with its large private pool is set in a beautiful garden, with terraces and an outdoor dining area.

Inside boasts a stylish living room, large kitchen diner, three ground floor bedrooms and its very own tower bedroom with views to the sea and mountains.
The space
You enter on the ground floor, with the kitchen diner to your right, which has full-length glass doors to access the front terrace. On your left is the large airy living room with a curved wall of windows and a patio door to the pool terrace. The living room has a large comfy sofa, television and open fireplace.
The hallway leads to two twin bedrooms on the left with pool access, one with en suite, and on the right a double bedroom with en suite and the family bathroom.
A curving staircase leads upstairs to the grand master bedroom with a curved wall of windows with stunning views, and an en suite bathroom.
Outside is a large paved area for parking, terraces, a patio with outdoor dining furniture, the pool with paved edges and outdoor shower and a grassed area with flowerbeds and fruit trees.
Guest access
You have access to the whole house and garden. The locked cupboard under the stairs contains tools etc. which you shouldn't need during your stay.
Other things to note
There are pool towels, pool inflatables and a pump in the built in wardrobes in the far bedroom for your use. Please use these with care, but do let us know if any get damaged. It happens!

The television in the living room is smart and you can sign into your apps such as Netflix. The upstairs television has a firestick to allow you to do the same.

There is an Alexa Echo in the kitchen for your use, which can also be connected to your device with bluetooth.

The wifi password can be obtained by scanning the QR code opposite the front door. You will find a folder of useful information and local attractions and a guest book to sign on the small unit under the television. There are also games here for your use.

Please be aware that the Cypriot waste water system cannot cope with toilet paper, and across the island you will find that toilets are equipped with built in bidet pipes, and bins next to the toilet for waste paper. Putting toilet paper or any other items down the loo causes blockages and potential flooding, so please don't!
