The Apartment La Baita Case Sondrio Fiume is located in the town of Sondrio. It is an ideal solution for couples or families with children, it is an excellent starting point for discovering the attractions of Valtellina.
The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building in a residential area; it is close to supermarkets, bars, newstand, a playground and just a few minutes away from the city center that can be easily reached on foot, but also from the train station.
The apartment is composed of: a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, dishware, etc.); a living room with TV, double sofa bed with balcony; a bedroom with bunk beds, a double bedroom with large wardrobe, TV, desk and second balcony; a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free Wifi and air conditioners in the living area and bedrooms.
Free parking lots in close proximity of the building.
From the balconies of the apartment it is possible to enjoy a wide panoramic view of the Orobic and Rhaetian peaks up to the Adamello, and the nearby vineyards surrounding the city.
