EV Charger (7Kw Type 2 Charger) is available (charges apply).
This property sources water from a private natural spring. The water is ION and UV-filtered and tested to be safe for drinking. However, guests with sensitive digestive systems may wish to purchase bottled water due to the higher natural mineral content.
The valley does not receive a terrestrial TV signal. The TV is a Smart TV, with apps including iPlayer, ITVx, Channel4 to allow watching TV over the internet.
Bed linen, towels and a starter supply of guest consumables are provided, as is a small supply of wood and firelighters for the wood-burning fire.
A Travel cot and a high chair are available on request.
1x Dog is welcome but not allowed upstairs. Additional dogs may be accommodated by prior arrangements subject to their breed and size.
The river adjacent to the cottage is usually slow flowing and great for paddling in; however, the river may flow higher and quicker than usual after rainfall. Guests should exercise caution, and children must be supervised at all times.
The cottage is situated on a working farm. While the garden is partially enclosed, it is not escape-proof, especially for larger dogs, and there are sheep in the surrounding fields. As such, it's imperative dogs are kept on leads at all times while in the garden or walking in the fields.
