A few meters away is the Parque dels Estanys, where you can observe the native species and birds of the area. The apartment is completely renovated and equipped with all the comforts, it has a double room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a sofa bed in the dining room, and an open kitchen. It has parking and access to the community pool.
