Istia luxury villas began as a desire to create a space that generously offers unadorned luxury, aesthetic serenity, and a world of enchanting images that are always in complete harmony with the natural environment of the island. Location and the combination of colors, the blues of the sea and sky, and the green of nature, all contribute to creating an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. This is while at the same time offering guests the luxury of cosmopolitan holidays.
On an elevated hillside, near the forest, it offers a unique panoramic view of the sea, the forest, and the capital of the island. This view overlooks a lush surrounding area with many stone paths and lush gardens, along with over 300 different aromatic plants and trees. All these elements provide residents with an unparalleled experience of accommodation that will captivate guests senses and minds.
The complex consists of four luxury villas of 95 sq.m. Every villa is incredibly well-designed, both architecturally and in terms of its amenities. Every villa has a view of the sea, a pool, and a garden, as well as ample private parking. Each villa is built across 3 floors, with comfortable and well-designed spaces, 2 bedrooms, living and dining rooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, and a kitchen. A highlight of the villas is the luxury handmade mattresses made by the New York brand Kluft, created to ensure a restful and comfortable nights sleep for all guests.

ISTIA LUXURY VILLAS complex located in the area of Pigadia Karpathos is just 15 minutes walk and 3 minutes by car from the center of the island’s capital.The complex consists of luxury villas of 95 sq.m. each one, extremely careful both in terms of their architecture and equipment. All villas have sea views, pool views and garden views. They have ample private parking. Each villa is built on 3 floors, with comfortable and furnished areas, 2 bedrooms,living room and dining room, fully equipped bathrooms and kitchen. Special emphasis has been placed on the sleeping comfort with the use of the luxurious handmade mattresses of the New York brand kLUFT.

ISTIA LUXURY VILLAS is built at the foot of an ancient temple called Istia, which is directly accessible to the residents of the complex. Istia temple dates back to the archaic period and was dedicated to the goodness Aphrodite, the goodness of love, beauty and fertility according to Greek mythology.
It is located next to the forest, on the elevated slope of the hill, offering a unique panoramic view of the sea, the forest and the capital of the island, views of an excellent surrounding area with many gardens and stone paths, with a wide variety of aromatic plants and trees that exceeds 300 different species and absolute tranquility. The combination of all these gives the tenants an unprecedented accommodation experience that will travel the senses, the heart, the thought and the soul.
All villas have views and direct access to a large private pool. The private pool is completely ecological, as the salt electrolysis system is used, which is currently the most complete disinfection method in the world, making the use of chlorine unnecessary.
