Villa Hermosa - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

Villa Hermosa is a lovely , Spanish detached villa, located in the Pinosol area of Javea, less than a 5 minutes drive from the famous Arenal sand beaches.

The villa is very private and quiet and surrounded by high hedges, and a beautiful garden (1.200 m2) all around the house with many beautiful trees (fig, lemon, olive, almond, palm) & hibiscus, bougainville and benefits from all day sunshine.

Please note: Animals are not permitted and smoking is not allowed in the house

Entrance to the villa is off of a quiet street, with an electric double gate allowing either off road parking or inside the premise parking (2 cars)

The villa has fibre wifi and TV

Pool

The private pool of 8 x 4 is surrounded by a small white fence benefits from all day sunshine.

Outside:

Villa Hermosa has a large outside lounge area with a couch and chairs, bar (high bar stools) and kitchen area furnished in Mediterranean style with a Grand Hall gas Barbecue and a plancha as well as a fridge.

1 big table with an umbrella (parasol) that sits easily 8-10 people (close to the outside lounge area)

1 big table under a frenchy like arbor with beautiful wine leaves and bougainville that sits 6-8 people

An adjacent closed naya (veranda) with sitting (couch and armchairs) and dining area with beautiful views to the impressive garden and pool

The villa has three bedrooms with new comfortable beds and toppers:

a master bedroom (king size bed 1.80 x 2.00) with en-suite bathroom with WC, shower and 2 sinks
a room with a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00
a room with 2 twin beds of 90 x 2.00 (that can be put together to make a bed of 1.80 x 2.00

The fully fitted kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, airfryer, toaster.

A 9 holes Golf course is a 5 minutes drive as well as a tennis club with Padel courts.

Restaurants are very close too (either by scooter or by car) – 5 minutes – (Bacchus and El Campo restaurants walking distance)

Within two minutes’ by car are 2 big supermarkets (Masymas and Consum)
