San Bartolomé Bat is a modern apartment located in the very centre of the city, next to La Concha beach and only 10 minutes away from the Old Town.
The apartment has been recently remodelled and it is completely equipped It is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator.

There are two double bedrooms, a lounge-dining room, two bathrooms with shower and an open plan kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and complete kitchenware
The main bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, an ensuite bathroom, and faces San Bartolomé street. The second bedroom two single beds of 90 x 200 cm.
It is perfect for a small family or for two couples that are looking to spend their holiday in San Sebastian thanks to its great location. This apartment has no private parking but you will find a public parking 150m away.

Amazing Apartment
We had the best stay at this great clean, quiet and centrally located apartment. The location cannot be beat. Literally a two minute walk to the beach. It is close to shops and restaurants and is also a short walk to Old Town. Highly recommended for your visit to San Sebastián.

Perfect place and location
My wife and two kids really enjoyed this apartment. It was clean, well furnished and roomy for the four of us. And the location was unbeatable. We were a block from the beach and a 15 minute walk to old town for food. I’d come back again here in a heartbeat.

I would make one suggestion. An extra comfy chair in the living room since the apartment can be for 4 people and there is really only room for 3 in the living room if you dont want to squish on the couch. We used a kitchen chair so it was fine.

Quiet, roomy and excellent location
Great stay with photos and description very accurate. We had a great time in San Sebastián and the apartment was a great base for our group. Everything was wonderful. The second bedroom was on the smallish side and is probably more appropriate for two children vs two adults. As the room was only used for one adult in our case, it was perfectly adequate. There is a clothesline in a central court readily accessible by a private door so the unit would be great for a long term stay. All amenities and living are were as described. Great unit! Would most definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay in San Sebastián
The hosts of this property were extremely personable, helpful, and responsive to questions and inquiries. The apartment is spacious and remodeled to near perfection. Bathrooms and kitchen completely modern and extremely useful. Easy walk to Concha Beach Walk, downtown, and not too far to Old Town. The building is advertised as smokeless; and it is (not always the case in the Basque). Check out the bar out the front door, left down the street, up the steps at the curve. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would return!

El apartamento es muy cómodo y completamente equipado. Recientemente reformado y muy bien ubicado. Es un edificio antiguo a una cuadra de la playa de las conchas. Muy buen servicio, totalmente recomendable. Debería tener 2 juegos de toallas por baño y agregaría almohadas más cómodas y suaves ya que las que hay son algo duras.
