We offer you this tranquil 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of the favourited complex of Laguna Park 1. Recommended for those seeking a central location with everything on your doorstep. The lounge/diner has patio doors leading to the balcony which provides stunning views of the sea and particularly of an evening when the sun starts to go down behind the island of La Gomera. The balcony also overlooks the pool terrace. All rooms are bright, roomy and fully equipped throughout.

The manager of this property lives nearby. He is on hand in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout.

The sandy beach and Marina of Puerto Colon are just 600 meters away from the complex and offers a large selection of excursions and water sports. Immediately outside the complex is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and amusements arcades and lively entertainment if required. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything the area has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is remarkably quiet. Also there is a number of sun lounger’s, outside showers and other amenities for your enjoyment.
