- This home has air-conditioning in the first sitting room and both bedrooms only. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each room that requires them. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

- This home is in the bustling heart of soho near to local bars, pubs, clubs and restaurants. Some noise will be heard inside the home during the day and at night, and particularly on weekends.

- The wine cellar on the lower-ground floor of this home is not for guest-use.
