When Pimlico was designed as an extension of neighbouring Belgravia, priority was given to green spaces and gardens. That has made this Regency enclave a more sedate and tranquil spot, despite its proximity to Victoria and Westminster. The Royal Parks, Sloane Square and the River Thames are all within easy reach, and the area is home to a thriving café community where bistros and delicatessens line the streets. Buckingham Palace and Big Ben are a stroll away - and, for cricket fans, the Oval is just across the river - but don't miss Tate Britain, probably Pimlico's biggest draw.

- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home is split over two floors with no internal elevator.
- Although the entrance to this home is on the ground floor, there are a few steps up from street-level.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers, and children, but not pets.
- The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.
- The homeowner's housekeeper will attend on friday mornings.
