Little Fourways is a recently refurbished detached property in the heart of St Minver village. It is surrounded by lush Cornish countryside & benefits from distant sea views. It is in a great position for nearby surfing beaches and beautiful walking trails.
With light & bright reverse living accommodation, Little Fourways offers modern features throughout including oak floors, exposed beams, and exposed brickwork. It comprises of an open-plan living & dining room with an original restored hearth. A small bar area is positioned in the corner of the lounge which is great for enjoying an evening drink whilst reminiscing on your days adventures discovering beautiful Cornwall.
There is a well equipped kitchen and utility room as well as four double en-suite bedrooms (one smaller double bed in one of the rooms). One of the super-king beds is a zip and link and can therefore be used as single beds if required. All rooms are tastefully decorated to a modern standard throughout.
The property has an enclosed south facing courtyard area with BBQ facilities for alfresco dining.
There is parking immediately outside the front of the property as well as in the surrounding area.

The Cornish Holiday Company host this property for the owner and are based very close by. The team are therefore always available should the guests require anything.
As we host many properties, we are also very aware of guests expectations and so always go that extra mile to ensure everything is as perfect as it could be.
Why they chose this property
The picturesque village of St Minver is just a short drive from the north Cornwall coast. The area is best known for its mild climate and outdoor leisure facilities, including sailing, surfing, golf, and wonderful walking country over coastal and inland routes. St Minver enjoys a bustling 18th Century pub, Post Office, and the impressive church of St Menefreda. Most every-day shopping requirements can be met locally in Rock with its range of delicatessens, bakery, fish monger and butchers. Wadebridge, with its extensive town amenities, also has easy access to the Camel trail where, if you are feeling energetic, can either walk or cycle as far as Padstow. There are lots of cycle hire places in Wadebridge if you do not have your own bikes.
What makes this property unique
Little Fourways has recently been refurbished by the new owner of this property who has also added lots of new soft furnishing. It has wonderful views and is close to some great surfing beaches, the Camel trail for walking and cycling, the best vineyard in Cornwall (Camel Valley) where wine tasting tours can be enjoyed and many other great tourist attractions.
