Svala Apartments consists of eight beautiful apartments on 3 floors, located on Laugavegur, Reykjavík’s main shopping street. All the apartments are modern and have everything you might need to make your stay luxurious and comfortable.

The Space:
Svala Apartments have two large studio apartments. These modern apartments are large studios with two double beds and comfortably sleep four persons. The studios are 41 square meters and splits into two sleeping areas, a fully-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. Bed linens and towels are included.

Guest Access:
All the apartments have an automatic key system, meaning that you will need a keycode to open the front door into the hallway and a keycode to open the door to your apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the main shopping street, the apartments are close by to every attraction of Downtown Reykjavik including the Rainbow street, the famous Hallgrímskirkja Church, not far from the Harbour.
