Upon entering, two stairs up to the right takes you to a quiet living area with memory foam sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and television. This area also features a twin bunk room with its own television, an area perfect for the kiddos traveling with you! To the left of the entry is a full bathroom with his and her sinks, as well as a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom is beautifully appointed, and features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, as well as a private, ensuite bathroom with a large glass shower. The third bedroom, featuring another memory foam queen bed, is just across the hall.

The oversized great room on the lakeside of the house overlooks the lake via an enclosed porch, and features a variety of comfortable living room furniture for lounging and watching TV, a dining table that seats four, and a stunning kitchen featuring new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. An island bar with seating for four is perfect for enjoying a drink and conversation during meal prep. The enclosed porch spans the entire lakeside of the house, and features plush patio furniture for enjoying the view or meals overlooking the lake.

Travel downstairs to the lower level where you'll find another wonderful gathering area with a spacious sectional sofa with built in sleeper sofa. Completing this room you'll have available to you a television and small table and chairs for playing games or doing a puzzle. Oversized sliding glass doors offer a beautiful view of the lake and allow for access to the lower level patio.

The patio is ideal for enjoying a shady respite during those hot summer days, while a permanent dock is provided for mooring a boat, fishing, or sun bathing. There is easy access into the water on the north side of the property off the gradual bank for swimming.

Paradise Found is located right on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, and is just minutes from Bully Hill and Dr. Franks wineries. For those looking to enjoy an excellent meal, there is lakeside dining available just down the street at either the Lakeside or Waterfront Restaurants, as well as in the charming village of Hammondsport. The Windmill Farm and Craft Market and the popular Corning Museum of Glass are all within a half hour drive.

Parking: Parking restrictions are strictly enforced due to town zoning regulations.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
