Patio doors lead back into the living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, side table with lamp, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels. The bedroom area has 2 single beds, a chest of drawers, a bedside table with bedside light, and fitted wardrobes. The small kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, fridge, iron, and ironing board. There are also ceiling fans to keep guests cool. The bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead, wash hand basin, WC, and a washing machine. The owner also requires a final clean of 80 euros, which is payable in cash on arrival, unless paid upfront.

The lead guest should be 25 years or older.
