A nice apartment built in 2023 over the owner's garage. From the balcony you have a lovely view of pastures and forest. You reach the sea with a shorter walk or bike ride. Stråvalla strand has an appreciated bathing beach and a leisure marina. There are beautiful, nice walking paths in your area. Beautiful Löftaån meanders through the landscape a few hundred meters away. Frillesås has everything you need for your holiday. Your apartment is newly built above the owner's garage. There is an open kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed, modern TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower. The bedroom has two single beds. The balcony has outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Here you enjoy after the day's excursions and swimming, grill something, drink something refreshing and enjoy peace, quiet and a lovely view. Stråvalla beach and Frillesås offer beautiful sandy beaches and cliffs where you can sunbathe and swim. Those interested in fishing can during the season catch a sea trout in the nearby Löftaån, a short trip from your home. Fishing license and local rules apply in the river. The golfer visits Sjögärde GK's 18-hole golf course, which is about 8 km away. The center of Frillesås is a charming little community with, among other things, a grocery store and some restaurants. Both to the south and to the north, you can reach other fantastic sandy beaches if you wish. A trip to Kungsbacka is a journey of 25 km, Varberg is 27 km in the other direction and the big city Gothenburg is only 50 km away.
