Located in Beco Passos Manuel, you'll have all services around you, including bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and the most popular tourist attractions in Porto.
Public transportation is easily accessible, with the impressive São Bento Metro and Train Station just 350 meters from the apartment, and the Trindade Metro Station, with a direct connection to Porto Airport, a 10-minute walk away.
Porto is a city full of charm. We suggest strolling along Santa Catarina Street, Praça dos Poveiros, Avenida dos Aliados, Galerias de Paris, Praça da Cordoaria, Rua das Flores, and Ribeira. Crossing the Dom Luís I Bridge and watching the sunset at Jardim do Morro, with a panoramic view of the Douro River and the most beautiful city in Portugal, will be a magical experience, leaving you breathless as you take in everything that the Invicta city has to offer.
Bus number 500 is a great option for exploring the city’s riverside area. Its starting point is São Bento Station, and it travels through the Ribeira, the Douro River's edge, Foz, Matosinhos beaches, and finishes at the Matosinhos Municipal Market, where you can find various fish dishes and typical products from northern Portugal.

We would like to inform you that there is a nightclub next to the building, which operates regularly every weekend and holiday, from midnight to 6:00 AM. This notification aims to ensure everyone is aware of this activity, allowing you to plan your activities and rest accordingly. If you experience any inconvenience or need additional assistance, please contact our team so we can act promptly.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (upon inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – cost to be determined upon inquiry.
If you plan to bring your pet, please note that the final price displayed on your reservation only covers one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.
To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax is now in effect. The €2.00 fee, included in the total cost of your stay, applies to guests over the age of 13. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and the internet/television package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be required to cover the excess cost.
The tenant is obligated, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry of a staff member for property inspections. Monthly visits for this purpose are expected.
We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! Just request it (price upon inquiry).

Important note: there are construction works near the apartment, which cause noise from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect the stay of our guests. As such, we adhere to a policy of transparency to ensure our guests' expectations are properly met. Our mission is to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
