Lovely location for the lakes
The cottage is lovely albeit on a busy road. Short walk into the town centre with a lovely chippy there. The hot tub is great albeit start to fire it up early if you’re wanting to use it. We found after walks up in Fell Foot and Windermere when getting back it was kind of late to be firing up so we got in regardless and it was more warm than hot. So just plan ahead. Accommodation is great with travel cot provided etc. The only thing I would say is if a baby gate could have been available would’ve been a big help. Albeit it’s still manageable. The cottage is refurbed to a very high spec and I will definitely be staying here again! Thanks you for a lovey stay.

A beautiful property with all the equipment needed and very close to all the amenities. Lovely touch by providing a Prosecco, water and milk on arrival. Only minor negative is we couldn’t get used to heating hot tub with log burner to maximise the effect and usage.
