Enjoying the most privileged hilltop position, this stunning three-bedroom villa offers glorious sea-views, an indulgent private pool and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the charming centre of Moraira town.
The entire villa is designed to maximise the enjoyment of its beautiful views. The large windows allow the warmth and light of the outdoors to flood throughout the villa, bringing with it the life and energy of the world beyond. Arriving at the villa by car there are two spaces exclusively for your use, and the entire house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.
Stepping inside, you are welcomed by an incredibly spacious and airy open plan living/dining area. The windows wrap around the entire space to provide panoramic views to the horizon. The large dining table provides space for up to eight, and the comfortable relaxation area, with a TV/DVD player, is ideal for the whole group to relax, while still gazing out over the deep blue of the Mediterranean and the infamous Peñon de Ifach. Alongside the living area, there is a fabulous, fully-equipped modern kitchen, with all the latest mod cons.
Also on this floor are the three double bedrooms, all of which have direct access to a glorious terrace. Two rooms share two bathrooms between them, one with a bath and one with a shower, while the third enjoys an en-suite shower room. The large doors and windows within the rooms invite the warmth and light of the glorious Spanish days into the rooms, creating a perfectly open space within. Each of the three bathrooms is as bright, modern and well-equipped as the rest of the house, with lovely white tiling.

4-7 pm. Please inform the property managers if you will be arriving later.

10 am. Please be aware that for every hour that guests stay later than this departure time, a charge of €100/hour will be taken from the security deposit.
