The ground floor is also home to the first bedroom. This space includes a considerable queen-size bed that has been fitted with an ample set of luxurious linens.
 
Travelling up to the first floor, this is where you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms. The second bedroom also includes a queen-size bed, allowing guests to enjoy a deeply tranquil night’s sleep throughout their time on this property. The third bedroom includes a sofa bed, making it perfect for any additional guests. The fourth and final bedroom contains a king-size bed and also includes a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and access to a private terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee on.

Security deposit?
€2,000 charged to client's credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. Please be aware that for long stays of 1 month or over, the security deposit amount changes to the amount for 1 months rental.

7 nights during Christmas & New Year and July & August. 6 nights during other periods. All other durations on request.

Guests are asked to be respectful of their noise levels, especially during the night time, because of this property's location in a residential neighbourhood. Absolutely no music or loud noise is allowed after 10 pm.

Please be aware that only plastic glasses are allowed near or in the pools.
