Travelling upstairs, this is where you'll find another two bedrooms. The second room also sports a considerable queen-sized bed, whereas the third room includes a king-sized bed. Therefore, these rooms ensure that guests can achieve a restful night's sleep throughout their stay. The main bedroom benefits from a private terrace which guests will love to sit and relax on.
 
The lower level of this property is home to the fourth bedroom, which also includes a tremendous queen-sized bed that has been decorated with ample bed linens. This floor also benefits from a lounge and a private gym. On the other hand, the rooftop terrace is equally stunning. With a jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining table on offer, there's so much here that guests will never want to leave!

Security deposit?
€6,000 charged to client's credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. Please be aware that for long stays of 1 month or over, the security deposit amount changes to the amount for 1 months rental.

7 nights during Christmas & New Year and July & August. 6 nights during other periods. All other durations on request.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €500 (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Guests are asked to be respectful of their noise levels, especially during the night time, because of this property's location in a residential neighbourhood. Absolutely no music or loud noise is allowed after 10 pm.

Please be aware that only plastic glasses are allowed near or in the pools.
