Holiday home with hot tub and activity room

Welcome to this lovely holiday home with hot tub, sauna and activity room located close to Denmark's best sandy beach in Marielyst - just approx. 100 meters from the house.

The well-equipped holiday home has, among other things, activity room with, billiards, table tennis, air hockey and games console. In addition, there is an air/air heat pump, Apple TV and Chromecast for streaming own services.

The house is bright everywhere with a good taste for interior design in a mixed, modern and cozy style. The bright kitchen has ceramic hobs, induction cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are two good bathrooms with showers and one has a 2-person hot tub and a sauna for 3-4 people, where you can spend many hours. Washing machine and dryer available.

There are four good bedrooms with double beds. Loft for two people with a double bed/ on a mattress.

Outdoors, you can light up the garden grill for the lovely evenings when you want to have fun. Large terrace with plenty of space to sunbathe and with garden furniture and deck chairs. From the large terrace you can hear the pleasant sound of the water from the fantastic sandy beach on many days.

There is plenty of space for ball games, games and activities on the large plot. There is a buried trampoline for the little ones on the ground (use at your own risk/insurance).
