ADDITIONAL NOTES

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the agency to communicate your arrival time and arrange key collection.

- The day before your arrival, the reception office will contact you to coordinate the time and collection of the key.

- Check-in: 16.00 - 00.00 p.m.

- Check-out: 00.00 - 10.00 a.m.

- If a late check-out is possible, whenever possible, contact the agency to arrange availability, cost and times.

DEPOSIT

On arrival, guests are required to pay a deposit of 500,00 euros by credit card.

It will be refunded within 7 days of check-out if the house is in the agreed condition.

- Transfer service can be arranged with extra payment 72 hours in advance.

- Cot and high chair free of charge.

- Second cot and high chair 10,00 euros/day.

- Heating on request 20,00 euros/day for 7 hours.

- Air conditioning on request 20,00 euros/day.



All additional payments to be paid to the agency on arrival.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental).

TOURISM TAX

Since July 2016, the local authorities have introduced a tourist tax (eco-tax):

- €2.20 / person / night for the first 8 days. All subsequent days 1.10 euros / person / night. Not applicable to children under 16 years old.

- It is compulsory for all tourists in Mallorca to be registered in the National Police Portal.

ALL GUESTS OVER 16 YEARS OF AGE MUST SEND THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

1. Flight arrival and departure time.

2. Mobile phone number.

3. Passport or identity card number.

4. Name and surname.
