Upgraded in 2023, Lakeview has a unique location, placed perfectly on the loop of Carsington Water, a fantastic walking and cycling trail to explore. Carsington Water, aside from the walking route, offers many water sport activities and bird watching. The house is located at the end of a no through route, so it is particularly quiet, there is also a pub and shop within a mile. Lakeview is a renovated barn; it has plenty of character with original features and beams throughout as well as a quirky layout to ensure you can make the most of the views.
As you arrive at Upperfield Farm, you can’t help but notice the amazing view over the reservoir that you have from the house, the garden is at the front of the cottage and makes the perfect spot to sit down with your favourite drink and feel instantly relaxed. On the ground floor of the property is the lounge, this is a generously sized space with TV and ample seating, there are two bedrooms on this floor consisting of a bunk bed bedroom and a double bedroom, as well as a shower room. On the first floor is the open plan kitchen diner, the kitchen offers all the appliances and equipment you should need with stunning far-reaching views, there is an external door with a set of stairs so you can easily access the garden from the kitchen. The twin bedroom and main bathroom are located on the first floor as well as a dressing room.
