Right in the heart of Granada, by Plaza Nueva. Accommodates up to 4 people. The apartment features a full bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a sofa bed. Towels and sheets are provided. The bedroom has a cl, and there's a plasma TV in the living room, a dining table, a kitchen with a stovetop and utensils, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a washing machine.

The apartment is located near Albayzín, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods, bars, and restaurants, as well as near tourist points of interest. You can find the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel just a few minutes walking from the apartment, as well as the Alhambra, 15 minutes away by walk. You can also find different bus and taxi stops, and the airport bus stop nearby.

ACCESS: Granada’s city center has many traffic restrictions. We can authorize your vehicle, but will first need your collaboration. Please, provide as soon as possible your plate number, the full name of the driver, ID/Passport number, and your estimated time of arrival. We will also provide you with relevant information and directions on how to get to our guesthouse.

If you’re planning on arriving later than 8 pm please let us know, and to leave later than 11 am, please you will ask us first and we will try to accommodate you if possible (subject to availability).

Environment and coexistence

- Rest and tranquility are highly valued in this community. Please control any noise between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- You have garbage and recycling containers on Placeta de San Gil.
- Cleaning service included from the third day of stay, when new sheets and towels will be provided. If you would like to use this service, please let us know in advance. Our cleaning staff will be available from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
- Visits are not allowed between 11 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. If you need to change the details of your reservation, contact us.

Prohibitions

- Parties are strictly forbidden. If you ask us, we will provide you with information about activities and leisure.
- We love animals but pets are not allowed as we do not meet the appropriate conditions to house them.
- Smoking is prohibited in the building.
- For your and our neighbors’ safety, it is forbidden to jump from the terraces or any negligent behavior that could put the safety of people at risk. ALOJAMIENTOS TURÍSTICOS BEGRANADA SLU cannot be held responsible for this type of behavior or its consequences.
- The host of the accommodation has the right to terminate the contract if any of the aforementioned aspects were altered, not fulfilled, or endangered.
