''The villa was lovely, well equipped with everything needed for a holiday. It was clean and well maintained. Loved the outdoor space, the pool and seating area were very nice. The balcony on the top floor was the highlight and we enjoyed many an evening just sitting watching the lights and Coral Bay in the distance.
Peyia is hilly and the property was quite high up. Not really an issue and while you could take the short route to the village for walking purposes a car is advisable. The villa was in a very quiet area, we barely heard a peep in the 32 nights we stayed.
Peyia Tavern was very nice. Pete had to book as it was always busy. We liked Porto Antico as it was a bit different and Sala Thai on the strip. The See You bar is in a beautiful spot. 2nd trip with Let’s Rent and the service is perfect. Nothing is too much trouble and email responses etc very promptly. We would have no hesitation in using you again or recommending you to our friends.
Pete was there if we needed him and checked in with us every few days to see all was ok. He helped us with booking of Peyia Tavern and would have been happy to arrange any other booking we may have needed. When on day 1 we realised there were no pool days, he told to use the towels there and within a short period one of the cleaning team arrived with a bag load of them.
Hopefully you will see us again over the next few years. Thanks for your personal service, you have been great.

''Olive tree villa is truly beautiful and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Stunning villa, great BBQ, large and clean pool and the table tennis and pool table were a bonus for our teenage boys! We completely fell in love with Cyprus, so beautiful and friendly with incredible local food. The villa is situated well away from the real touristy areas and is so private but only 10 minutes down to the coast.
We visited the Peyia Tavern on Pete's recommendation where the food was beautiful and very tasty with such a happy vibe. The Sugar Bar was also great where we spent a few evenings with drinks and playing cards.
We used STS moto fun at Latzi for a fab day out on buggies through the mountains and can highly recommend, as well as a fantastic boat trip out to the Blue Lagoon for snorkelling and sliding down a huge inflatable. The water park at Fasouri is great fun too and Nicks Watersports in Paphos is great value and lots of fun.
The villa and bedding were clean and comfortable and Pete is so lovely and helpful. All communications have been swift plus all of the recommendations and discount vouchers for various businesses.
We would love to visit again and will also be looking at some other islands, depending on what flight deals we can get.
You are most welcome to use any comments for your website.
Best Regards

''Olive Tree Villa is a beautiful Villa well cared for and comfortable, but the one overriding impression of this Villa is the breathtaking view from the lounge and wrap around balcony over Peyia to Coral Bay and the sea, as impressive by night as it is by day.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms are very comfortable with lots of room.
Located not far from Peyia Village with lovely restaurants especially Peyia Tavern. A car is essential if you want to see more of the island, visits to Polis and Latchi where you can a hire a boat and visit the beautiful Blue Lagoon.
There are buses not too far from the Villa which will rake you to nearby Coral Bay or in to Paphos. Local restaurants which are a must are Oniros, Nature Restaurant, and Sentiero
The manager is very helpful and asked for our views to improve stays. We suggested a small outdoor kitchen with a fridge to use whilst you are around the pool or for barbecues which he has said he will look into.
The service from Steven and the team is second to none, professional helpful and very accommodating, the standard of properties will not disappoint.
We have used the company many times and will continue to do so, we will return to Cyprus in the near future. Just want to say a personal thank you to Steven for all his help during our recent trip.
Regards
Geoff & Shirley ''

Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia (Peigeia). Nostalgia has a delightful position on the hillside in Peyia overlooking the surrounding valley and out to Sea.
The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the Paphos area. Peyia is spread over a large area with the village centre having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and banks. Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees.
The Centre of Peyia is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the shops in Peyia. The early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much to resist!
Things to do in the Peyia area include many watersports on the beach at Coral Bay, diving, Paphos Bird and Animal Park, horse riding, visiting the protected Akamas Peninsula and Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, the Sea Caves and Agios Georgios area, sailing and many more. From Peyia the attractions in Paphos and renowned Paphos Aphrodite Water Park are also easily accessible, as are numerous archaeological ruins in Paphos such as the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Archaeological Park.
If you want to get out and explore Cyprus' fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even the Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations.Troodos is the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!
