About this space
This cosy and spacious flat gives you all the needed amenities for sightseeing in Kensington & Chelsea or a working trip. Being located by the main street it is very central, but the bedroom window faces the garden for a peaceful night's sleep.

The space
Our spacious flat has 1 double bedroom and can sleep 3/4 guests as it has a very generous sized living room with folding beds.

The bedroom comes with 2 double wardrobes which give you plenty of storage.

The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

The bathroom houses a bathtub.

The living area is light and airy. Relax on the sofa and watch some TV or make use of the dining table and enjoy a meal together.

If a homemade meal is what you are looking for, our kitchen comes with all the amenities and appliances for a light breakfast or tasty dinner.

We provide a baby bath, travel cot and a high hair on request for a stress-free trip with your baby.

Guest access
If travelling by car you will need to use an on-street paid parking bay. These are available in the area, subject to availability.

Other things to note
Please contact us to enquire about more than 2 guests, as we need to arrange extra beds.
If an earlier check-in or later check-out is requested in writing, we shall endeavour to accommodate these requests where possible.

Pets are not allowed.
Extra guests are not allowed unless advised otherwise.
Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated.
Keep the noise down between 10 pm and 7 am.
This is your home away from home, please care for it as such.
Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the flat.

Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
