Luscious villa&gardens by Maremma Park, Orbetello, Talamone, couples 10% off

Private two-storey villa set in amazing grounds, surrounded by nature and with hot tub in the garden. Sleeps 6, extra beds/cots available on request. Lounge, kitchen, one bedroom and a large family bathroom with whirlpool bath downstairs. Two bedrooms with *private balconies and one family bathroom upstairs. (Downstairs rooms have sliding doors onto terrace/garden0. Central heating and air-conditioning throughout. Tiled floors and parquet.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances, including dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has TV, satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi and Wi-Fi.
The villa has its own private gate and driveway and ample private parking.
There is also a vegetable garden where you can freely pick the strawberries for breakfast!
Numerous beautiful places within less than 30 minute drive: stunning, rocky beaches in Talamone, picturesque medieaval settings of Capalbio or Pitigliano, rustic cooking in farm restaurants set in sweeping countryside (some run by owner's family), spa bathing in Saturnia, drives across the lagoon to Porto Ercole or stunning ferry trip to island of Giglio. This area really is the hidden gem of Tuscan tourism.

*please note that the upstairs balconies are not suitable for young children due to their wide openings. We do have extensive garden and terraces for younger children to enjoy in complete safety. N.B. to reach your destination,we recommend clicking on the satellite navigator VIA ILARIO PORTA 4

Great place and location!

We stayed here for a week to attend a family wedding and do some sightseeing. Great location between Rome and Florence and lots of fun villages including Orvieto. Beautiful area!

Tolles Haus

Die Kommunikation mit Marco im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes war sehr unkompliziert und nett. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie erwartet. Alles vorhanden. Betten bereits bezogen. Schönes großzügiges Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Um die Endreinigung mussten wir uns nicht kümmern. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Hinterland der Toscana, die vielen pittoresken Bergdörfer und die Landschaft haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Rom ist mit dem Zug in zwei Stunden gut zu erreichen, früh morgens hin und abends wieder zurück. Auch die Halbinsel Monte Argentario lohnt sich. Zwischendurch chillen im Garten und Whirlpool und natürlich an verschiedenen Stränden. Das Meer ist sehr sauber. Leider hatten wir eine Schnakenplage. Dafür kann der Vermieter jedoch nichts. Alles im allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Très grande maison avec tout le confort nécessaire, très propre. Marco est très gentil, excellent accueil, très réactif si problème. Le jacuzzi est très appréciable. Bien située pour faire de jolies visites. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre semaine à Orbetello.

Ampi spazi interni ed esterni

Situata in ottima posizione sulle colline dietro Fonteblanda, la casa ha ampi spazi, sia interni che esterni; la climatizzazione la rende molto godibile anche quanto le temperature diventano molto alte. Peccato che la zona sia veramente poco collegata dal punto di vista della connessione telefonica/internet; (ma è una cosa generalizzata di tutta quell'area della Toscana). E' stato un soggiorno molto piacevole..

Perfect place to relax

Spacious house in a very nice and quiet setting. Close to beaches and nice little towns. You like to have a good balance between nature and culture - that’s the place! In general, the house is well equipped, however, the kitchen needs some upgrade, and offers enough space for a family.

Perfect Place

Very nice location at a quiet place near the village/sea (5/10 minutes). Large house with several bedrooms and huge garden and terrace. Marco (owner) very pleasant, uncomplicated and helpful. We can highly recommend this place.

Geräumiges Haus in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in diesem geräumigen Haus verbracht, dem es an nichts fehlt. Es ist in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen, mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, ist die Nähe zum Meer. In nur 10 Minuten ist man am schönen Talamone Strand. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Attractive, well-designed house in a private setting

The property was perfect for our group of five adults and three children. There was plenty of room for all of us. There was room for the kids to play. Marco was very helpful and responsive to questions we had. Altogether a very positive experience.

Great stay and property!

The property was wonderful. Clean, spacious and quiet, safe location with everything you need in the house. What I think is almost more important than a perfect house, is a fantastic host. Marco and his family were amazing. Every question was answered promptly, any issue was resolved quickly. We left very happy, knowing we will absolutely return again.

Ruhiger Urlaub

Sehr schön auf einem Hügel gelegen. Garten mit Olivenbäumen und anderen Pflanzen umgeben - somit absolute Privatsphäre. Einzig auf der Strasse hinter dem Haus fahren ab und zu ein paar Autos vorbei. Vielen Dank für den erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Il paradiso a portata di mano

Siamo arrivati in questa casa con grandi aspettative avendo visto le stupende foto nella scheda e non possiamo far altro che confermare che la casa è davvero stupenda, curata e con tutto il necessario per una vacanza da sogno. La posizione è strategica, a 5 minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, non veniva neanche la voglia di uscire alla sera per godersi il relax (e anche la meravigliosa vasca idromassaggio!!!!). I proprietari si sono dimostrati veramente molto cortesi e disponibili, ci hanno anche fatto trovare dei prodotti per la prima colazione al nostro arrivo. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura, noi stessi speriamo di avere la possibilità di tornarci presto!!

Outstanding location and home

This house and location were incredible. We were two families including two teenagers and one 10 year old. The house was immaculate and was plenty big for all of us. The best part of the place was its location. It's close to town so we often bought amazing food from a local vendor and cooked it up. At the same time, the house is set among olive trees away from the city. We were also within a short day trip of all the places we wanted to visit. We took bike rides, hikes, trips to a local brewery!, and many swimming outings. The only suggestions I have for the owners are: stock the kitchen with more accessories and kitchen tools. We felt like there were times when we were looking for things that every kitchen should have. The jacuzzi was not especially warm. It was luke warm which I'm sure in the deep summer is ideal. But we were there in early June and the nights were cool. Overall though, the place rocked. I would definitely stay here again. Enjoy!
