Abi have been around for many years and produce some lovely models with the Trieste being another fantastic addition. This lovely unit comes complete with double glazing, Central heating with winter insulation. Each bedroom consists of lovely décor and high fixtures and fittings with plenty of storage available. A large spacious shower cubicle and separate toilet which many 3 bedroom models don't usually have. Please note our Caravan has only Two Bedrooms and one Pull out bed with a Sea View at Pevensey Bay, Eastbourne, East Sussex.

You can access our holiday home from 4 pm on your day of arrival, we may call you earlier, Departure time is strictly by 10 am. All we ask is that at the end of your stay, please leave our holiday home in a clean and tidy state to avoid any further cleaning charges being charged to you.

Please do not leave phone chargers on overnight they have been known to catch fire.

Please be advised that a refundable Damage Deposit of £100.00 is required when booking and the request to pay will come from Charge Automation. Thank you for your cooperation.
A Pass is required for access to the leisure complex ( pool, gym and the clubhouse ). and can be obtained from reception at an additional cost, grounds and the beach do not require a pass, if they are open in the quite season. Please note that you will need a pass if you want to play Bingo
Arrival is 4.00 pm it may be earlier. Departure is 10.00am prompt.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES FROM THIS CARAVAN IS PROHIBITED. There are points outside of the reception. THANKYOU FOR YOUR CO-OPERATION. Also, no commercial vehicles are allowed on site.
