Wonderful location
The property is modern, well furnished, very clean and was great for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The location is fabulous with just a 5min walk to the sentier des douaniers, Trestraou beach, boat trip to les 7 Iles, convenience store etc... We also enjoyed the table outside. The owners were also very kind to allow me to charge my hybrid car at cost, this was much appreciated. Very minor details which could be improved: - It would be good to show on Vrbo website that a 300 Euros deposit is required on arrival as we hadn't planned cash. - It would also be good to make it clear on the website that cleaning is not provided, the ownder do offer cleaning at extra cost. Perhaps I missed this but this was not obvious on the website or confirmation. - Towels are not included Thank you again, we would definitely recommend this property, we had a wonderful holiday. Super Location, nur ein paar Hundert Meter vom Stand
Es war ein tolles Haus, grossräumig, sauber und in einer grandiosen Umgebung. Wer während des Urlaubs auf stabiles WLAN angewiesen ist, sollte Alternativen mitbringen. Kommunikation mit den extrem freundlichen Vermietern über Internet Übersetzer. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder!

Super séjour
Séjour passé durant deux semaines sur la côte de granite rose. Location impeccable à tout niveau tant par sa propreté, son confort, son calme... Nous avons même eu la visite d une belle grosse biche dans le jardin un soir ! Oui oui une biche ! Localisation impeccable au pied du GR34 et la plage. Gardez des forces pour remonter la grande cote entre la plage et la location ! La côte est raide mais le Panorama magnifique.

Superbe séjour à Perros-Guirec avec une météo des plus clémentes. Location parfaite en tous points de vue et une situation idéale à deux pas de la mer. Proximité de toutes commodités (centre ville, restos, commerces) facilement accessibles à pied. Merci Marion pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

Des vacances au calme tout confort
L'accueil fut très sympathique avec la propriétaire. Seul point nous n'avions pas prévu de chéquier pour la caution car pas noté dans l'annonce et point non reprécisé peu avant l’arrivée. La maison est propre, bien entretenue et bien équipée. L'environnement est calme. Ideal pour se reposer. A noter la maison se situe en hauteur d'une pente à 21%, précision à apporter surtout quand on a des difficultés à marcher ou que l'on veut aller à la plage tous les jours avec de jeunes enfants ou pour des personnes âgées. Nous avons passé une belle semaine et recommandons cette location, bien positionnée pour visiter la côte de granit rose. Nous y retournerons volontiers !

maison confortable au calme
3 jours au cœur de la Bretagne, soleil tous les matins , restaurants et bord de mer superbes la maison est très propre, spacieuse, beau jardin clôturé, on peut stationner derrière la maison (3 voitures sans difficulté).Dommage que le prix soit le même pour 3 jours ou pour 1 semaine donc non indiqué pour un séjour court.

Début Mars c était pas gagné pour le temps, avons profité de randonner avec du soleil, la côte est magnifique, ile Rénote très belle, beaucoup d'arbres à terre après les tempêtes octobre et Novembre, Carantec l Ile Louet et le château du Taureau

C’était un séjour pour faire de la randonnée et découvrir la côte de granit rose entre amies. La maison est très bien située pour des départs le long du GR, nous avons apprécié le confort de la maison, tout est impeccable . Nous avons regretté l’augmentation du prix de la location en retour de notre demande de réservation ( court séjour …). Nous avons énormément apprécié le geste de ne pas nous imposer un horaire de départ pour notre dernier jour du séjour, nous laissant ainsi la possibilité de profiter du logement jusque dans l’après-midi. Nous vous recommandons ce logement il vous apportera entière satisfaction .

Un merveilleux séjour !
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ! Nous avons découvert une charmante maison bretonne décorée avec soin et avec beaucoup de goût non loin de la plage de Trestraou, quel bonheur ! La propreté est parfaite et la maison est très bien agencée , tout le nécessaire ( et même plus !) est à disposition . Un grand merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et pour les facilités d'arrivée et de départ . Ce court séjour fut un vrai plaisir, nous serons enchantés de revenir pour une plus longue période ...

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit gepflegtem Garten. Große Rasenfläche, wo Kinder herumtoben und Ballspiele machen können. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und somit für unsere Familie mit Hund ideal gewesen. Nettes Vermieter-Ehepaar.

Geräumiges Haus mit großem Garten
Für uns war dieses Haus perfekt, genug Zimmer, Platz für den Hund, nicht zu weit vom Strand entfernt. Es könnte in der Küche etwas besser ausgestattet sein, zum Kochen fehlten ein paar brauchbare Utensilien, aber nichts, was man nicht noch kaufen oder selbst mitbringen könnte. WLAN nicht sehr stabil und Empfang manchmal schwach, aber im Urlaub nicht so wichtig für uns. Garten super schön groß, Einrichtung gut. Wir würden es wieder buchen!

Traumurlaub mit Hund
Es war ein Traumurlaub in dem wunderschönen Haus von Familie Larmet. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und sehr nett. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ist super ausgestattet u.a. mit tollen Betten. Das Grundstück ist schön groß und eingezäunt, ideal für unseren Hund.
