BRAND NEW BOUTIQUE BUILDING
IN INDIAN ROCKS BEACH DIRECT BEACHFRONT

UNIT 201 - This apartment is on the RIGHT SIDE of the building when you are facing the beach.

Our new boutique coastal style building features SIX APARTMENTS. There are two apartments per floor. Each condo is a TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATHROOM beautiful direct BEACHFRONT with EXTRA-LARGE balconies facing the beach. Balconies are perfect for outside dining.

Relaxed Florida casual décor. Super comfortable beds.

Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrellas and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit.

There is an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs. A HEATED SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete! There are BBQ grills in the pool area for fun beach / poolside dining.

There are two apartments on each floor. So, if you have another family or a larger group you can search ID#1144164 (Unit 202) for availability, and book both units, which would give you the luxury of the entire floor!

Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by.

PS: I kept all our reviews from the past three years, in order to show that I am an excellent hostess and to provide the traveler an idea of the property location and area.

Perfect spot for beach getaway
This is a very nice condo right on the beach with everything you would need for a great vacation. I highly recommend this spot and Indian Rocks Beach in general!

Our new favorite Florida destination
This place was perfect for our family. The beach and pool had everything to entertain our kids, 4 and 6 years, for hours. The property was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We enjoyed the incredible sunsets and made some great family memories. When we come back to this area, this will be the first place we try and stay!

Wonderful property - everything you need is there
We really enjoyed our time here. Patrice is super easy to work with and was very timely in communicating. She has thought of everything that you'd need for a beach vacation and made sure it was there in the unit. This really made it so nice to not have to worry about bringing extra things, like insulated coolers and even beach bags. If we ever find ourselves out this way again, we'd definitely stay here.

Amazing in EVERY Way!!
Best vacation ever staying in this beautiful condo! Honestly, couldn’t have been anymore perfect…. Condo was decorated just as I would a beach place, stocked with everything you could need and more and the location on the beach as well as proximity to wonderful bars/restaurants was perfect! Not far from things but the condo was quiet and not in too busy of a location!! I was impressed by the property manager and owners response times! Both were helpful and so nice! We are already looking at booking it again…. It was so hard to leave!

This property exceeded our expectations! Patrice was very responsive before and during our stay. The unit was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with new items. I appreciated having some empty shelves and drawers for our food. Having the pool and beach just steps away has now spoiled us for any future vacations! The beach wasn’t crowded at all in late October and the temps were perfect. Our son loved the kayaks and SUP boards. Awesome to have the pool when we wanted a quick break from the beach. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! We had delicious food at Beach Waves, Cafe de Paris and Sandy’s. So convenient to have all three just steps from the rental. We have already talked about hopefully returning next year. Highly recommend this property!

Fall Break at Indian Rocks Beach
The property at Tommy’s at the Beach was just exactly what we needed for a great vacation with little ones and adults! The view from our porch was incredible, almost total ocean and sky view. We could see dolphins swimming down the shore in early morning. With the amazing sliding doors, it felt as if we were still a part of our group (when we had to take a little one upstairs for a snack or nap) who were down a level swimming in the pool. Patrice has done a great job with creating a slice of paradise with these newly built condos.

Most accommodating vacation stay
The condo was beautiful with scenic views of the ocean and sunset. My family enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks and floats. The owners Patrice and Domingo were wonderful to book with and very easy to contact. They ensure that you have a good stay. The condo was fully loaded , clean and had more than usual amenities. I would highly recommend this condo. Ample parking, restaurants close by and great location. The heated pool was so enjoyable to watch the sunset. I have never stayed at a condo with some many “extra’s.” It is steps away from the beach. The very large glass sliding doors give you a full view of the beach. Would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Had a great stay, the double door wall slider was a great feature. The extra amenities were great, loved having the loungers for the beach and the kayaks. Sunsets were amazing, kids loved kayaking at sunset, made for amazing pictures. Beach Waves Grill was our favorite place to eat. Thanks for a great stay!!

Fantastic Family Beach Vacation Getaway
Hands down one of the best places our family has stayed dirently on the beach in that area. We go every year for spring break, somewhere between Madeira Beach and Indian Rocks Beach area. Literally step from the beach and pool. This place has EVERYTHING you need for a beach vacation. Tons of water toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, etc. My kids enjoyed the pool every day. As for the unit, it is amazing! 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and nice sized living room. But despite all that great space, we loved the balcony the most. It was so big and the doors slide wide open so nothing is blocking your view of those amazing sunsets or sitting in the morning drinking coffee. Nice grill area- we cooked out several days abs are on our balcony. Parking was easy and check in a breeze. Great communication with Patrice. We became regulars of the Beach Waves Grill (yummy tacos and grouper sandwich) and Cafe de Paris- amazing coffee, fresh tarts, danishes, bread- just go! We became regulars and they welcomed us every morning. Definitely stay there! You will have memories that will last a lifetime!

Beyond Expectations
Brand new building and units. Very well thought out every detail. Best location in terms of beach, restaurants, and avoids the chaos of Clearwater Beach. Although a short ride if you’re into that. Well stocked with anything you need in kitchen and baths. It was great to walk a few steps and be right in the beach. Sunsets are amazing! Would definitely book this property again if I was traveling to the Gulf side of Florida

The condo is lovely. The kitchen has everything you might need. I really love having a washer and dryer handy. The beds are comfortable. Having beach chairs and umbrellas was convenient. The pool was great. Being so close to the Cafe de Paris and Sandy's and Ocean Waves made the week. Eating takeout on the balcony could become habit forming.

Perfect for family
Our family of five (kids ages 13, 11, and 9) stayed here in March of 2022, just after the rebuild. The property is well-kept, has a great location, and the property manager is wonderful. We were able to communicate with her easily and all of our requests were met with a smile. The pool is great (especially for younger kiddos because the deepest it gets is 4 feet). I loved having access to the vacuum and broom as well, as sand comes in with the kids, of course. We enjoyed having beach towels, a cooler, and beach bag provided, as well as paddle boards, kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, pool noodles, and beach chairs/loungers. The kitchen supplies were adequate for basic meals and all of it was in good shape. The washer and dryer are huge and accommodated all of our beach towels, which was great! The master bedroom and second bedroom had adequate closet space and some drawer space as well. The guest bathroom has a nice, larger size tiled shower. There were plenty of towels provided. All in all, it was a great stay! All you need is your swimsuit, sunscreen, and sunglasses!

All the comforts of home :)
The cottage was well appointed with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Everything was in top working order. The beds were so comfy. We especially loved the close and covered parking and spacious covered patio right outside our front door. The beach was so close. We could easily go back and forth for snacks or bathroom breaks. We were also able to bring our fur-baby and there were grassy areas in the spacious front yard to walk him. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. Perfect location!
We were thrilled with this property and loved being right on the beach. The covered patio was helpful for very sunny days, we ate several meals outside. Everything we needed was in the condo, we only cooked twice but there were plenty of pots and pans. The mattresses on the beds were excellent. We're already planning a return trip later this year. Thanks Patrice for a terrific week!

Great Place in a Perfect Location
This was my second stay at Tommy’s. The location is perfect. There are a number of great restaurants in walking distance and the beach is literally in the backyard. The condo itself is roomy and charming. There are plenty of towels, beach chairs, and even a couple of grilles. It is an easy hour drive to Spectrum afield, home to the Phillies during Spring Training. I look forward to coming back next year.
