The apartment is freshly renovated and equipped with designer furniture, a kitchen with all the necessities, a private terrace, a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is a washer and dryer and cleaning utensils in the main hallway, which is shared with the other apartment across the street. A small smart TV and wifi are provided. Bed linen and towels are also provided.
