Full eat in kitchen with all amenities. Views of the 9th street bridge and peak of the ocean from the private balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony which also provides comfortable seating for meals & drinks in the evening. This unit offers upgraded WiFi, which is in addition to the WiFi offered throughout the building. Features of this building also include: assigned parking, elevator and Swimming pool with lifeguard! We're so happy you are considering our condo! We have been coming to OCNJ our entire lives and have continued the tradition with our 4 children, and now our grandson. My grandparents met here in 1939, so my love for Ocean City is in my genes! Each summer we would come for the week and do many day trips in between. We have always dreamed of owning a property here, and in April 2017 our dream came true! We take great pride in keeping it clean and comfy for our family and our guests. We rent weekly only in season (May-Sept) and short-term rental off season (2 night minimum).
