The space
This beautiful newly refurbished apartment has been finished to an extremely high specification for guests to enjoy. The bedroom has a large bed for guests to enjoy a comfortable and restful nights sleep. This bedroom also has it's own spacious fully equipped bathroom with a large bath tub, shower and sink.

The apartment itself is situated in a popular area in the City Centre. There are local pubs, restaurants and high-street convenience stores nearby to the apartment all within walking distance

Nottingham's renowned market square is a few minutes walk from the apartment and the train station is only a 10 minute walk away.

The property is well served by public transport, you can take a number of buses and trams to tour around the city and other surrounding areas.

The apartment is located in one of Nottingham's most sought after and upmarket areas. It is the perfect location for a couples weekend, business trip or for anyone working in the city for a long period of time and not wanting to be confined to a hotel room.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment without any shared areas.

Please note, strictly no parties or loud music, any rule breaking a £250.00 fee will apply.

Please note that a fee of £100.00 will be charged for lost keys or keys left inside the property, please be careful with them.

For stays longer than 10 days, and extra cleaning fee will be added to ensure high standards of cleanliness maintained throughout the property. This will include a full thorough clean, fresh new bed linen, towels and toiletries.

My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and soap.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
