Lovely and comfortable place for stay!
Also im Großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden einige dinge waren Kaputt wie Küchenschränke, ein paar Möbel, die Fliesen die im pool fehlten einige, Gehwege hatten zu breite fugen so auch Verletzung Gefahr bestand also hatten wir die Wege gemieden und dann kamen auch zum Schluss steuern drauf die nicht deklariert waren oder wir die nicht rauslesen konnten. Unser Host für unsere „Villa“ war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Nochmal buchen würde ich die „Luxus Villa“ nicht da der preis für die Umgebung in meinen Augen zu hoch ist. Kein Meerblick noch einige Baustellen in der Umgebung und Hauptstraße ziemlich gut zu hören war und eher störend wirkte. Trotzdem hatten wir dass beste daraus gemacht und hatten eine eigentlich tolle zeit.

Great stay!
We stayed as a family of four (2 adults, and two children) in a four bed villa. It is in a great location, could walk to several restaurants or catch a bus to Pula. Overall, our stay was very peaceful. The villa was clean, comfortable, very spacious and was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Very good air conditioning, which was a must for our stay in the middle of summer. Very secure property, garage to keep the car cool, and easy access on arrival. Brilliant communication. Our host (Alma) met us the day after arrival, and was really excellent. She sorted the tourist tax and registration, gave helpful suggestions, and was on-hand immediately should we need anything. The pool and jacuzzi were great, we used these a lot, and they were checked and cleaned as needed every day. We hired a car to drive to Rovinj, which was beautiful, and visited the Arena and Aquarium in Pula. We also did an evening boat trip around the islands, which was lovely. Very highly recommended!

Brilliant service!
Verblijf zag er goed uit en voor een groep vrienden kan je hier perfect verblijven. Centrum is minder dan 10 minuten rijden met de taxi. Zwembad en jacuzzi zijn goed gebruikt. Airco in het huis ook erg fijn.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!
Our host was so helpful and responsive, even helping us when we had problems with our flights after checking out and allowing us to have an early check in upon arrival as well. She was incredibly accommodating. The villa itself was spacious and beautiful, and the pool and hot tub were perfect and very well maintained. We had a brilliant time and would definitely highly recommend this stay.

Brilliant service!
Visited with a group of friends, had an great time by the pool, stayed up into the night and the location is ideal because you are not bothering anyone. The house and the garden are exactly as seen in the pictures. 10/10 would definetely recommend to everyone.

Glorious residence!
The host was amazing! Very responsive, willing to accommodate to our needs in order to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The place was in a great location that was private but also close to the heart of the city. Probably one of the nicest homes I’ve ever stayed in. Ideal for anyone with a larger family or a group of friends looking to get away. Would stay here again time and time again. Perfect!
