Spread across 2 levels, the property covers 200m2 and provides comfortable accommodation for up to 11 guests within its 5 bedrooms. Ground Floor
The ground floor of Profilia Villa offers a luxurious and inviting living space, a perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and functionality, providing an ideal setting for a relaxing and memorable stay. Upon entering, youll find a spacious living room furnished with comfortable seating, a 65 TV, Bluetooth speaker and a selection of board games. Adjacent to the living area is a well-equipped kitchen featuring an American-style fridge and modern built-in appliances. The kitchen also includes a breakfast counter with three stools, perfect for enjoying a quick meal or engaging in casual conversation while cooking. For formal dining there is an indoor dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people.
The ground floor also houses a cozy bedroom equipped with two single beds (0.90x2.00) that can be joined together upon request, along with a top mattress to form a queen-size bed. The bedroom provides access to a private balcony with picturesque views of the surrounding olive grove. Lastly, the ground floor includes a separate WC for added convenience.
First Floor
As you ascend the stairs to the fuest floor, youll discover the remaining four well-appointed bedrooms of Profilia Villa, each thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful and restful environment. The first bedroom boasts a spacious 1.60x2.00 bed and an additional single bed measuring 0.80x1.95, making it perfect for families or groups seeking flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom presents two single beds measuring 0.90x2.00, which can be easily joined together with a top mattress upon request, creating a queen-size bed for added versatility. Finally, the last two bedrooms feature a cozy 1.60x2.00 bed each, inviting you to relax and unwind. Additionally, for added convenience, a washing machine is discreetly housed in a cabinet on the hallway.
All bedrooms boast open closets with suitcase stands, ensuring, 32 TV in each room, A/C and cozy mattresses, guaranteeing a rejuvenating sleep. Additionally, a cozy gazebo with a double bed offers a secluded spot for relaxation. For ultimate comfort, a bean bag lounger and side tables are provided, along with four umbrellas to provide shade as desired. An outdoor shower is conveniently available for refreshing dips in the pool.
- For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, a gas BBQ with an outdoor sink is at your disposal, allowing for delightful al fresco dining experiences. An outdoor dining area, shaded by a pergola, comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, providing a perfect setting for enjoying meals together.
