Minster Heights is our stunning new studio apartment located in a terrific spot just a 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of York. Located on Gillygate, one of the popular streets of York, with restaurants, shops and bars within a minutes’ walk. It’s the perfect spot, if you are wanting a luxury studio apartment to relax in after a long day exploring the beautiful city of York. Just a few minutes stroll from many of York’s attractions.

Minster heights is on the top floor of Portland House, you will instantly notice the quirky layout of the apartment, you will find a king size bed with a separate seating area and a large Velux windows, where you will see the tops of the Minster. A further dressing table or dining table to seat up to 2 guests, perfect for eating a meal, whether it be a takeaway ordered from one of York’s variety of take-out restaurants or a home cooked meal.

The kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could need to make a simple meal, including a cooker, microwave, electric kettle etc. There is a also a washing machine for full use whilst you stay.

The shower room consists of modern tiling throughout, a large walk in shower., with toilet and sink.

Sleeping 2 Guests, this studio apartment has it all. Free high speed WiFi is provided throughout the apartment for the duration of your stay. The little yet essential things such as a hair dryer and iron/ ironing board are also provided, making it easier for you to pack for your stay!
