The accommodation is located in a new complex with several terraced houses.
The house in question is located on the ground floor beside a road closed to traffic. Very quiet and private area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sea.
There is a comfortable patio externally arranged on three sides of the house with equipped veranda and laundry area at the back.
Inside we find a comfortable air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a complete bathroom.
Beach less than 100 meters from the accommodation. Within a radius of 250 meters there are various services including bars, restaurants, lido and minimarket.
Bath/bed linen available on request at an extra cost of EUR 15 per person per week.
Only small pets are allowed. Extra cost of 50 EUR to be paid direclty on site.
