Cleaning isn’t included but available for 600 THB (book 48h ahead). Free late check-in. Gym closed for renovations indefinitely. Shuttle to beach and mall available.

This cozy Patong studio is a perfect place to come back to and relax in peaceful surroundings after a long day at the beach, excursions or late nights out. Emerald Terrace Condominium nested on a hillside in a quiet location, just a short drive away from the beach, restaurants, shopping and the famous Bangla road.
The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped for your convenience. Has a king-size bed, wardrobe, laptop friendly workspace with a chair, and an en-suite bathroom.
A flat-screen TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi connection is available for you to entertain after a day out. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and dishware that is perfect for self-catering.
Electric usage is included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
Emerald Terrace Resort provides 24hr security, CCTV cameras and smoke alarm systems. The staff at the reception can arrange motorbike or car rentals, transport, tickets and tours. Condo offers a free shuttle to the beach and Jungceylon Mall 3 times a day.
