Comfortable and recently built 104 m² accommodation, located on the beachfront, with lateral views of the sea.

It has an elevator, 15 m² glazed terrace, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning, covered parking in the same building, Smart TV and TV in the master bedroom, ceiling fan in bedrooms.
The independent kitchen with induction hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.
-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

Fabulous apartment that is even better than the photos. Excellent location , right on the beach and only a short walk from the nightlife. Small supermarket right next door. Property was very spacious , all three bedrooms had plenty of room, both the main bathroom and en-suite were very well equipped. Whole apartment was very clean. Beds were comfortable and plenty of seating space. Love the doors that all open and the view to the sea. Just one full length mirror would make such a huge difference (especially for a group of girls getting ready to go out)

it was clean and close to everything also right by the beach. it did not have any long mirrors. only a mirror over the sink. plus if you short you can not put make up on. as can't see properly. also no tea towels. theses little touches help. plus have reported but both showers leaked. apart from that, worth every penny.

Location was good, quiet and close to attractions. Beds were comfortable but squeaked when we moved in our sleep. Sofas were comfortable but needed repaired. Facilities were excellent, clean and we had everything we needed. Some furniture needs repairedreplaced. bathroom sample toiletries would have been welcomed e.g. soap, shower gel&#47shampoo&#47conditioner.

Location was excellent, nice and quiet at night time. Apartment was lovely and very clean 4C had a partial sea view, not a full sea view which was a little disappointing. Working out which key did what was a bit stressful but we got the hang of it.

So close to the beach and only a 25 minute walk to the Old Town area. There wasn't any smoke detection system in the apartment and didn't seem to be any fire alarm system in the whole building.

Great location, clean, spacious and modern. Plenty of room for six people sharing. Will definitely be back. The only negative was the lack of mirrors when getting ready. The property would benefit from a full length mirror located somewhere but that’s personal preference.

Amazing apartment, great location, clean and modern

The location is perfect. Right on the beach front and only a 15 min walk into the old town. The apartment is very spacious, modern and clean. We were extremely pleased with the accomodation and will definitely look to stay here again next year. There wasn't anything not to like! The only thing we had an issue with was getting access to the apartment as we were not aware the keys needed picking up from the office which was a bit of a walk on, however, this was not a problem at all and more than likely us not checking the instructions before we arrived!
