About this space
Stylish ,recently renovated 3 bedroom period house with plenty of light on a quiet street of Dane park. Perfectly located at the heart of Cliftonville just a short walk away from Walpole bay tidal pool and the town centre which offers numerous incredible restaurants.

The space
On the ground floor as you enter you will find a connected living and dining room, the perfect place to relax, read a book and enjoy dinners.

Through to the fully equipped kitchen, with spices and condiments available so you can cook the perfect meal.
There is a banquette seating area by the bay window where you can enjoy your morning tea.
At the back of the kitchen, behind the curtains are all the amenities such as fridge, washing machine, dishwasher.

Open the door to the garden and you will find a good size garden south facing garden with a table which gets the sun most of the day where you can enjoy an al fresco dinner.

Upstairs at the back of the house is the bedroom with a queen bed and chest of drawers, a couple of stairs again and you will find the other back bedroom with kingsize bed and built in wardrobes. Both back bedrooms are south facing and get plenty of light all day. Through to the front is the other bedroom with it's double bed and built in wardrobes complete with a chaise longue under the bay window

Please note all the mattresses are new, organic, and of the highest quality so you can enjoy the perfect night sleep.

The bathroom with it's marble floor and glazed ceramic tiles has a stand alone bath where you can enjoy some pampering me time.

Please note I can be flexible with check in/out time depending on bookings. I might not always be able to accommodate but I will do my best.
